the nails they do for a walk in nail salon are amazing. the reason for the 4 stars is because they use fake acrylic. i don’t mind it because it makes the nails last a lot longer (like 2-3 months no fill), but if you break a nail it will be more damaging and there’s a lot of criticism by other nail techs.
the best nail salon in cedar hill! always very clean and nail techs are always so nice and attend to your needs. dip powder has been my obsession as of recently, definitely recommend this place.
I was not satisfied with the level of customer service offered. I was told that they could not add additional services to my experience. Manager was not willing to accommodate my requests and I felt severely dismissed. I would not recommend a visit. We wondered why there were not many people in the establishment. Now we understand better.
