Read the reviews on here, and let me say they are 100% real well all the good ones the 4 stars and up. I went in on a icy day, when we had the uce storm. They had just opened, my appointment was at 12:30pm. Was checked in pretty quick. My eye exam was really quick, then went to pick out my glasses. Héctor was really nice, and ready to help. He made the store woth the 5 stars. Awesome customer service, i asked for the $79 special, nothing else. He helped and we found the right pairs. Awesome. Service left the place with 2 pair of glasses for only $130 i think, I went with the thinner glass is the only reason why it was more. But i was happy to pair for $130 with free...read full review

Having just moved from Colorado, my nose guard on my glasses broke off. Jarvis swiftly repaired them and displayed great customer service. This place will surely be having my business.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ms. Crystal was amazing. I had a very good experience overall. I was feeling frustrated with the insurance process and was close to leaving, but she remained patient and took the time to help me understand everything. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference. The customer service was great, and I’m very happy with my glasses.
