Attempted to book appointment online, it was declined. Also my sister tried to book as well going through the whole process of booking and was declined as well. Clearly, not accepting new clients at this time or cherry pick.
Edited after owner's response: It is not frustrating to find a sisterlock consultation as I was not looking for one, I was looking for someone for my daughter's hair. The most frustrating issue is when organizations are unclear and do not provide accurate information. I love her to pieces. She is the only one who I will let care for and maintain my locks. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and show me the proper techniques for healthy locs.

Shay was very quick and efficient. Very professional and knowledgeable. She was also able to recommend products that would help increase growth and thickness. I have shared her info with all of my friends that have locs.
