I decided to make Indigo Dentistry my go-to office for my dental needs over four years ago, and I still do not regret my decision! From the time I walk in to making my follow-up appointment after my visit I always feel welcomed and know they value me. Dr. Collier and her staff take pride in offering the best service to their patients. They offer a breakdown of services with costs, tell exactly what they see and give recommendations, and for that I am thankful. When other health issues came up, they let me know why I couldn't be serviced and even worked with me to reschedule! I've finally found my dentist. I've been searching for several years. I was going to one of the ones that has multiple locations, with billboards all across DFW; while I liked some of what was offered & how the concept helped the community it was in, I wasn't trying to be at the dentist all day but unfortunately that became the normfor evn a routine cleaning. I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience. Prior to this visit, I hadn’t been able to go to the dentist in over a year due to insurance coverage, so I was a bit anxious, but the moment I walked in, that anxiety disappeared.
Everyone there is absolutely amazing. From Dr. Collier to Jordyn, Tiffani, and Joanna, the entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They made me feel comfortable, seen, and well cared for every step of the way.
