I've been coming to this place a lot. It's easy to check in instead of walk in, unless if they don't have customers, they can take care of you right away. One thing I like about this place is that they will send you a coupon that we can use when we need a haircut.

I walked into Great Clips located in Cedar Hill Texas on 6/28/2024 for the first time for only a haircut (reshaping my bob) and was greeted very nicely by a tall young lady and another young lady named Tomika. I didn't have an appointment and I didn't have to wait because Tomika was available and ready to cut my hair. She did exactly what I asked her to do. She did not cut all my hair off. She cut a little in the back and asked me to check before she continued. I checked, I said yes that's the length I want and you may continue. She did a fabulous job. I will go back again. Tamika and J were incredibly pleasant. I was greeted as soon as I came in and my cut took less than 15 minutes. Diane creates the best designs! Reasonably priced, great service, welcoming and clean atmosphere. I'll be back for sure.
