Giving time and attention to catch all necessary details in order to make an informed decision on a new purchase of an older home. There was a clear understanding of all the building codes and regulations that I appreciated most as he provided insights regarding the house that would have never known, until later on when the problem was worse. Keith inspected two different homes for us and did an extremely, extremely thorough job. Any reviewer claiming otherwise must not have actually worked with him and his company. On our first 2,600 sqf property, I spent close to 5 hours going over every inch and shadowing Keith's work. He was very willing to explain his thought process, what he was seeing and his concerns. He also provided some helpful long term tips on routine maintenance which was really helpful as a first time homeowner. The biggest part was his lengthy discovery work in the pier/beam crawl space.
