Great mechanics, wonderful customer service.... They tell u, and show u the issue with your vehicle ,before they move forward, I bn there twice, and both times they broke it down to me on why , and how...
If u go early enough u can get a same day service depending on parts...

On a busy weekend afternoon, the other providers were unable to install a battery, and do an oil change on an imported vehicle (Jaguar). They were recommended by Mavis Tire (formerly NTB), and I drove the short distance and was greeted in the parking lot. The service advisor was kind, communicated well, confident, listened and the provided both with a short wait. He also showed me the status of the oil and put the old battery in my trunk for the core refund. They respect women, and treat you with intelligence. My car drove like a champ afterwards. Very happy with today's Service. Technically not Firestone brand, but still good. Brought it in with a check engine light resulting in lack of acceleration. Error code pointed to a complete system but they were able to track it down a lot faster than they thought, and came in a lot less than they thought. Headed back to Houston today.
