I wanted to take a few minutes and say some amazing things about not only do they have amazing customer service, my nail technician Becky is amazing and always gives me a hand massage and puts a warm towel on my hands when I’m done. Scott is also an amazing manager. He knows how to work the nail bar and make you feel at home. I appreciate him and Becky, are you going there? You do not feel like a stranger. They always know your name and appreciate you coming back, I also asked Scott today to get me three gift cards for $25 each so I can give them for Christmas presents. And be before I checked out he had them ready for me to take home that is one of the reasons I appreciate him and Becky and they’re always nice when I go in there. the Customer Service is amazing and I always feel right at home. You can also make an appointment there and they will see you at your appointment time which is one of the perks that I enjoy. If you’re looking for a nail salon, I would definitely recommend them.
American nail bar is the only place I go and get my nails done, the customer service is amazing, between Scott , the manager, and Becky, the nail technician. Becky is amazing and I never have to wait when I go there, Scott is one of the best managers I have seen in a long time he’s great with the customers and knows how to work The salon. I appreciate the customer service there and did not go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a place to get your nails done that is professional and has great customer service. I would totally recommend the American nail bar in Cedar Hill. The other thing I think is amazing that you can have your favorite alcoholic beverage while you get your nails done.
Omg MiMi was the best I highly recommend this place this was the best pedicure I have ever had in all my 50th years of life. And the nail tech was awesome as well… I so love it here… I will be back
