The team at Lalani were extremely welcoming. The technician doing my brows did a wonderful job, was extremely patient when I needed things repeated, and kind enough to teach me how to fill my brows in a way that they look the best they have since I was a teenager. “I’ve been going to EWC consistently for the past year or so, and my go-to wax specialist is Jasmin. She is awesome! She’s always very clean, organized, and thorough in her waxing process. She takes the time to explain recommended aftercare routines and products in between waxes. I always appreciate her service. My only issue is when reception staff always try selling me wax passes after my appointments, and every time I decline. It feels like the sales pitches are getting more pushy after each appointment.“
