Crystal has 24 yrs. experience and I am always amazed at her attention to detail with my hair, now 70 yrs. growing. “I took my mother there as a possible new client for this shop. Helen, the owner, moved mountains to try and accommodate my mom as we were trying to squeeze my mom in before I had to leave back to California. Helen made my mom who is elderly and set in her way and my mom feel comfortable and safe. You know that that is the most important ingredient... making one feel comfortable and safe. Helen took such good care of my mom and I know that every week when she goes in that she will have a smiling face to greet her and make her feel welcome. Helen even took the time to go outside and show us a better way for my mom to be able to park easier and enter the shop. my mom, who hasnt been to a beautician in yesrs, was smiling and relaxed and that was ALL due to Helen! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants their parent treated with love and respect. I hugged Helen when I left and had tears for how special she made my mom feel!
