This is the second time I have use Waggoner Carpets. Both times, Don has assisted and advised me with my carpeting purchases. He has been here forever and I hope he always is. The company is excellent in everything they do and the quality is second to none. Man, am I lucky!
These folks have been in business a long time, and it shows in the way they really try to understand the needs of the customer. When I had a situation where a tenant damaged a property, they were willing to send someone to help with the carpet installation related prep. They also worked to find the right price, color, and type of carpet we wanted, and they encouraged us to make carpet choices that pleased us, rather than directing us to what everyone else is doing.
