I brought Zach my dead ASUS on a hope and a wish that he might be able to save it and he went above and beyond to try and find the parts to do so. He fully disassembled it and found the parts number needed. Unfortunately do to no fault of his, the part needed was not being sold anywhere and I had to say goodbye to my daily driver.He didn't charge me for the time even after all the trouble it took to take apart, and was super kind and so so very helpful. He even helped me with dealing with recycling it and gave me back the hard drive and told me how I could recover the files from it.He made this entire experience so much more easy and tolerable.
