My first time visiting and I thought it was a good place to relax. Some of the jets were not working in the pool but it was not crowded that day so it was easy to just go to another spot where the jets did work. The sauna rooms were really nice. All of my tension just melted away; great way to warm up your muscles all at once. I did not enjoy the food so much. Next time I'll just eat ahead of time. All in all, it was a nice place to just get away.

I will give the ambiance the sauna and the pools a 5 star but the food served gets 0 stars their food gave my daughters and myself FOOD POISONING!!! They served us stale and horribly not thought of food at the bar downstairs by the hot tub area the chips were dumped on our plates I guess they knew the chips were expired that’s why the took them out the bag so we couldn’t see the expiration date on them and the wings hot dogs and tenders we received was the most disgusting EVER so my advice to anyone going there, PLEASE EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE before going to the spa castle!!!!

As a first timer I didn't expect to see naked children ( I know it's their tradition) I was a bit uncomfortable trying to relax and there's minors if that makes sense. I suggest kids come at their own timing . But other than that it was nice and may ... Heavy on the may.. go again
