Technician named Waymon came out today. Did an excellent job making sure that my unit was operating at peak performance. Really took his time and did quality work and let me know some things to look out for to avoid problems later. Highly recommend!
I have a 1 &1/2 year old Trane AC unit. The compressor stopped working the other day. Waymon Joyner from MES spent a several hours working to solve my problem. This is after a technician had done my annual checkup just 3 weeks before and said all was fine. Waymon spent the time necessary to tune up my AC and get it working correctly.Services: HVAC system maintenance
Waymon Joyner is a fine service tech sent by MES and who has been with the company for 19 years! My husband bought the A/C unit from MES 1 1/2 yrs ago and the compressor unexpectedly went out only 4 weeks after its seasonal checkup. Waymon spent several hours getting the unit up and running and made sure it was working to our satisfaction before he left. Waymon is courteous, knowledgeable and toke the time to explain what happened, why it happened and what we need to do in the future to keep it running well.
