I come to this location every now and then, I have a subscription, and tbh I have felt better and like my knots aren't affecting my life nearly as much. They have many great employees here and I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. I've had massages by 3 diff people so far and at this point I don't mind who does it, they are all well trained.
Sometimes I do feel it's a bit expensive however, I've yet to try other locations to compare.

A poor soul drove their vehicle into the building today during my checkout with Hannah. After the initial shock all the employees were checking on patrons, the driver, and calling 911. They all stepped up in the moment.
The massage with Danny was awesome! I need a better vocabulary to properly describe the pain relief it brought about!
The only disappointment is that 10/5 stars isn’t an option!
I have been seeing Ella at Massage Envy Carrollton for the past couple of years and I never leave disappointed. Ella ensures that every facial fits my skincare needs and that I leave relaxed and glowing! I look forward to my monthly facials with Ella and it's always a pleasure to see her.
The front desk staff is always great too - I especially enjoy working with Cassandra. She gets me checked in right away and always shares any specials they may be having to ensure I get the most bang for my buck! She's professional and kind and I appreciate the great service.
