However, some members have expressed a need for more service reps to assist with equipment usage, especially for seniors who may feel uncomfortable asking fellow gym-goers for help. Despite these areas for improvement, LA Fitness remains a good option for those willing to pay a premium for access to a variety of facilities.

I’m a senior citizen. I joined because I need to start moving around move. I don’t see water class. I haven’t see anyone to help me set treadmills or bikes. I hate asking people who are trying to exercise for help. Definitely more service reps to help out!
