I had reached out to several companies with no response or answer but when I called this company Ashley answered right away and gave me a quote and was able to get a gentleman out within 45 minutes to fit my schedule! Prompt and professional, I appreciate Ashley and the gentleman that came and pumped our septic for their customer service!

We had Weidner pump our septic tank. We were unsure where the tank was located and did not know the last time it had been pumped. The company worked with us on locating the tank and determining how accessible it would be for the pump tech, as well as letting us know up front what fees we might have to pay. The tech arrived promptly and explained everything he did, providing valuable recommendations for keeping the system working. The Weidner staff were professional, honest and friendly, Great company.

Love this company. I’ve used Weidner since 2010. They can teach you everything you’d ever want to know about septic systems. I look forward to Mike’s visits, he’s always got a good story to tell. I hope he doesn’t retire by the time I need to pump the tank again. Ashley is amazing too, she handles their dispatch. I had a few questions and she spent a good 15 minutes answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. They are very knowledgeable, great people!
