I had a miscommunication with an employee at first. The owner came out and made it right. She seems like an honest, kind, and fair person. I would recommend that you try this place out and deal with the owner herself if you can. Either way they did fix my Kirby for a reasonable price and it runs great now.

Took a Bissell steam mop for warranty service. The staff was upbeat kind and detailed. They processed my claim and secured a replacement for my faulty steam mop. Much better service that can be gotten in New Braunfels Texas!
