Wonderful experience! We've worked with probably 8 inspectors for various homes we've bought and sold, and Mark was the best yet. Professional, friendly, helpful and thorough. Incredible how much he was able to cover and do in a much shorter amount of time than what we've experienced with prior inspectors. Grateful we didn't have to be home 5 hours for this one! Mark was diligent in answering all of my questions, replied quickly, and had great customer service. We needed up going with a different company due to scheduling reasons but his attention to potential customers was great!
Mark is a top class professional. From the moment we arrived to the time we departed, Mark thoroughly inspected the house. He was clear and concise when debriefing with us. His ability to explain challenging information in layman's terms really helped us feel comfortable as first time buyers.
