Very pleased with all aspects of my experience here. The lady who answered the phone both times I called was super helpful and courteous, never made me feel rushed even when I had several questions. I was able to get a same day appointment just a few days before the tax filing deadline, and came in fully expecting to have to make a second appointment or file a preliminary return and do an amendment later. (My once-strong organizational skills have vanished in the last several years and I did not have all the papers I needed.)
