After a long period of deep depression and anxiety after burying both of my grown children since 2019, I showed up at 9:10 am (please arrive 15 minutes prior) and finally, at 10:45, P.A. showed up.No apologies for the 1.5 hour wait. Instead, I was chastised for being noncompliant after not showing up for 2 years. In 2019, I lost my daughter. In 2022, I lost my son.I had no clue my noncompliance counted against my primary. She informed and educated me and refused to be my primary.Also...I needed a refill for my expired epi pen. That was ignored.The P.A. prior to that ... I just wanted to thank all the nurses n doctors who took care of me this last week for my facial surgery n most of all my nurse Christopher he treated me like gold n he was very helpful with all of my care. I love him so very much n I just want everyone to know that he is the best nurse ever. he was my nurse for the room 5544. thank you Christopher from the bottom of my heart. you are a God send. plz keep up the excellent work. Best emergency room we have ever been in for any reason. From the front desk lady, nurses, facility, and the amazing Dr. Allen, we can’t praise this place enough. We had no idea what to expect, but we ended up with exceptional care. Thank you.
