Unfortunately, Latisha had to cancel my appointment for this weekend. She made sure to let me know ASAP and she issued me a full refund for the deposit I made. We hit a few technical difficulties getting the deposit to go through, but she made sure that it did! I will definitely rebook with her in the future. I can tell she is professional and willing to work with her clients to make sure they’re satisfied!
