The 3 stars are for the aquatic area and weight room, both are great! But I agree with the other reviews that the organized sports are a disaster. My daughter signed up for basketball last spring and they couldn’t find enough coaches so they turned it into a “clinic” versus a sports season. We have started going elsewhere for our kids sports.

Really enjoy swimming and my husband enjoys pickleball.
Bill, lifeguard, should really get a raise/promotion in my opinion. He's always doing things for the pool area that I don't see any of the other lifeguards do. Oh I do see the others getting the water off the walkway and checking the water but that's it.
I'd suggest a bathing suit wringer for the bathrooms.

The communication between management and employees is horrible. Employees try their best and are extremely friendly but they don't get updates on upcoming events and programs.It takes forever for some programs to become available online (e.g. Kids Night Out and swim lessons) while others are available a month in advanced (e.g. flipping for fun and casino nights).Oh and staff constantly gets confused when I call and ask about Kids Night Out (Saturday) thinking I'm asking about Free Family Fridays, immediately answering with "is full" when I specifically say KIDS NIGHT OUT.
