I called Fausco to help my grandmother with her backed up kitchen drain on her house built in the 70s out in Burnet. The folks from Fausco were just what we were looking for. They were polite, respectful and professional all the way.

I know that the job was difficult, but they were patient and worked diligently. I was given great advice to improve our chances of success on the second attempt, and we ultimately got it fixed on the second visit after following their advice to give them better access to the drain.

Our hot water was not working & we had family in from Florida. We called this morning & Glenn & Jill came out within a few hours. We were so grateful that it was only a breaker & we have hot water again. I would give them more stars if I could.Very satisfied customer

We have called Fausco plumbing multiple times now and have always got exceptional service. We had a water heater leak in the late evening. Jill helped me identify the shutoff valve and guided me to turn it off. They swapped out the expansion tank and a lot of rusted out plumbing. The house inspector had asked us to replace the entire tank, but Fausco was able to just replace the rusted pipe and save the heater.
