Mark and Elaine are very professional and kind. They were very helpful and explained the process of repair on my laptop in detail. Even though I was not able to recover my data, they were able to bring my laptop back up to speed and working well.
Absolutely wonderful service. I wish I could give them 10 stars!I took my laptop in after it started crashing randomly. The thing is, I had taken this laptop to another repair shop in Cedar Park (convenience, next to work) no more than 2 months ago. That repair shop first told me the power adapter was broken despite the fact that I had no problems with it, and brought it in for randomly crashing. They repaired that, and sent it home. I take it home, it won't turn on. I take it back and they say my hard drive is messed up and I should replace it. I say, okay, and they give me a discount on it. Very professional, knowledgeable, and well priced.Have an out of the box gaming computer that I owned for a year before it would randomly shut down anytime I tried to play a game. When covid hit the people I bought it from wouldn't take it in for repairs, so it ended up sitting for a year and the warranty ran out.Brought it to Mark at Burnet PC, he updated all the drivers and removed all the errors, but still it would shut down when running graphic intense games or VR. Mark quickly discovered it was the power supply, found an amazing price on a new one, and held onto it for a few days to make sure the problem was solved.5 stars isn't enough to show how great this experience...read full review
