The Strand Salon In Burleson

I have visited Sheli at this salon several times over the last four years. Each time, the cut that I received was a little worse. This time, I was left with no choice but to go somewhere else. Sheli tried to pin her neglect and mistakes on me by claiming that I asked her to destroy my hair. She asked me after thinning one time if she should keep going, and I said yes - we were trying to lessen the weight of very heavy hair due to migraines - only she didn't stop and ask when she thought it may have been enough. Worst hairstylist ever do NOT go here I showed her the pictures of what I wanted and the hair stylist Sheila did the complete opposite of what I wanted didn’t even ask me and just did It. When we called for a refund the were rude and said they did the job what they did is screwup my hair 2 hours be for homecoming.Service: Hairstyling

Love this place, friendly and helpful! I go in with crazy ideas, cuts, and colors. They work together to make it happen. Even though they rent chairs they help each other. Being going for years and will keep going.
