i dealt with Rhonda Creach. She was pleasant and set up an appointment for her people to come by and clean my A/C heating vents. They came on time and Both Derrick and Marty were professional and did an incredible job. It has been 15 years since this was done and it was a big job. I highly recommend this competent company.

Excellent service and price. We had a real need to get carpet thorough out the house cleaned. It has been years since this carpet had been touched. The tech came thorough the house with hot pre treat for the bad spots, and then attacked the carpet, He worked hard and steady and was finished in about 2 hours. Because the carpet was in such bad shape it was a little damper than he wanted to leave it. So, dry time was about 6 hours. The carpet looks amazing. The price was very reasonable for the square footage he cleaned. We will definitely call Gatlin Carpet Cleaning again.
