On December 12, I purchased the Printshop Professional 5.0 software package from Office Depot in Burleson, Texas, for $54.99. The serial number (serial key) required to activate the program was NOT included. Instead, there was a "redemption code" which had nothing to do with activating it. Over the following week, I spent countless hours on line, loading and reloading the digital version, as instructed by Brøderbund, the software manufacturer, but the serial key they sent me never worked either. When I went in to Office Depot today to get a few documents printed, I stood at the counter in the printing/copy department for a long time. I was the only customer in the area but the ladies behind the counter would not even look at me, much less ask if I needed anything. Eventually, the nice young man behind the cash register offered to help but he couldn’t help with what I needed. I left the store without getting my documents printed. This is not the first time I’ve experienced lack of customer service at this Office Depot. I will be going elsewhere for my printing and copy needs in the future.
Both Shelby and TJ were both a great help. I was having some issues with Avery labels and Shelby took the time to explain to me exactly how to use them. I would recommend this Office Depot over a lot! Good how are you
