“I must say, it works very well, and it's only 20 minutes a few times a week!I really love it and love the method and the one on one. It's not cheap by no means. I'd say it's around $90 per session for 20-25 minutes. I only do it 4 times a month and then I work out on my own. It's not hard to learn this method. But I like the help, being pushed, someone knowing what they are doing, setting the weights, etc. You try to get better each time you go in and put more weight on.
