My wife & I are Senior Citizens and very skeptical about service calls. The technician arrive right on time & was clean & courteous He performed a simple service and charged a basic fee which I thought was much too expensive. I protested the charge to his office manager & she agreed and reduced the charge. I am very pleased with the service and the concern of this company and they will get my future business.

I called Mr Electric in the morning. The company sent Warren and Rhett who arrived the same day early in the afternoon. The men quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly received the parts needed. They were completely done by 1300. I was amazed that it only took 6 hours from the time I called to a completely fixed electrical system. I am very pleased with the professionalism and competency of this company. I will use them again in the future with future projects and any other problems.
