WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, from me scheduling my own appt online to checking in, sitting with chandler for my pre-exam testing and then meeting the amazing dr. Wise, to then sitting with Bao to check out glasses etc. the experience blew me out of the water and I am so pleased!!! Thank you!

I came in today to get an eye exam for some new contacts. The doctor insisted that I get daily contacts rather than my usual monthly. I tried them on and instantly disliked them. I was feeling very frustrated about my visit because I felt like my exam was rushed by the doctor. I had zero intention of returning to Vision City. BUT THEN!!! The lovely Avery came to my rescue. Avery made my experience 100 times better. She helped change my prescription from the daily's that the doctor prescribed to monthly. She even sold me on some amazing glasses!!! I will most definitely be returning because of Avery.

We have been going here for three years. Year one, all was good. Then, service here went downhill. I find the doctors do a great job. The office staff is unorganized and can be rude. Two years of unprofessional customer service makes me decide to take my business elsewhere. There are better places to spend your money.
