Ian was fantastic. I kept getting a directs function error and getting kicked from other games as well and my PC kept shutting down. But after a quick phone call he was able to help me fix the issue. Definitely recommend him

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I brought in my PC after weeks of trying to track down random crashes and performance issues on my own. Within a short time, they pinpointed multiple problems, including one that turned out to be a faulty CPU. Instead of trying to upsell me, they walked me through how to get the CPU covered under Intel’s warranty, saving me hundreds.
They also cleaned up a few build-related issues, optimized my setup, and made sure everything was running cool and stable. Communication was top-notch the whole way, clear updates, transparent pricing, and genuine care about getting it done right.
Ian was quick to update the storage on my Gaming PC. Normally I’d do something like this myself, but I don’t have a lot of time to mess with it. He’s knowledgeable and doesn’t try and sell anything I don’t need. He had my PC done within a few hours and his prices were very fair. I will continue using his services for any upgrades or repairs that I do not feel comfortable doing myself
