A "consummate professional" is someone who is exceptionally skilled, competent, and exhibits the highest standards of professional conduct in their field......and then you have Keri at JRS Loans....she is two tiers above that. That is no exaggeration. This was our second home purchase with JRS, and our first home buying process was Calculus and Trigonometry combined and Keri navigated it with the precision of a professor with a doctorate in mathematics. Fast forward six years, we were in the market for a home again, due to our growing family. This process was not as difficult, but being medical professionals our income structure was not "understood" by two of the lenders we tried before coming back to Keri. We should have started with Keri first to put it bluntly. From the moment I called Keri and explained our predicament, my mind was put at ease. Not one question was unanswered, or explained thoroughly in a way that only someone with 35 years of experience can. When I had doubts or frustrations, Keri calmly explained the situation to me and said "we are gonna get this done." She did just that. We will FOREVER be grateful. In my opinion, there is NO ONE better, especially if you are a veteran, but not limited to just that. Keri and JRS Loans are, simply put, THE BEST!!
