Colonial Roofing went above and beyond the scope of work by giving me options of quality materials to choose from, complete inspection of decking after shingle demo and kept me informed of all damages and work needed to repair structural issues due to water damage. Colonial also helped with insurance claim that for some of us home owners find to be a difficult task. My family’s roof replacement was know easy task due to the pitch of the roof and heavy duty materials used to upgrade and complete our roof. Colonial Roofing Company will always be my first choice for all of my rental properties and personal home roofing needs!!!

When we say that Colonial will seal your flat roof permanently, we mean it. In fact, we GUARANTEE it for half a century. Your 20-year guarantee covers both the materials used and the installation of your new roofing system. If you see a single leak resulting from a defect of the product OR installation, then the affected materials, labor or both will be covered by Colonial and/or our manufacturing partners for FREE for the full term of the warranty. Your warranty is fully transferable to any and all future owner(s) of the property. Your warranty must be renewed once every 10 years. We will contact you as a courtesy reminder.
