After hearing good things, I decided to give it a try. I’m searching for a new primary physician. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it past a very rude, office staff individual. Just on the phone! I was floored by such a sense of total judgment and intimidation. For no reason…
This person has no business working in anything remotely connected to the medical field. Actual people that’s is…much less sick ones. Im suggesting a rude bill collector would be a better fit for her…🙄✌️

Made a call this morning to get my 11yr old an appointment to be seen. But I was told that they do not see children at this "Family" medical practice. What a huge disappointment. Especially when they are supposed to be a "Family" prctice. Maybe they should think about changing their name and/or clientele.
