From the day we walked in and began the process they were very helpful, answered all our questions and worked with us every step of the process to ensure we got the pool we had envisioned. I was referred to Blue Haven / Trinity Valley Pools by a friend who used them to help finish a pool that someone else had started and abandoned the job. Unfortunately I found myself in the same predicament after dealing with a shady individual for about a year. The first time I met Paul he spent more time discussing my pool with me than the original guy had in an entire year. Paul and George were able to diagnose a number of issues with my pool and helped me resolve them all. First, above ground pool equiptment was installed on my in ground pool. They installed the proper equiptment for me and now my pool is actually circulating water! They fixed my spa jets, re-plumbed some mistakes from the original builder and also resolved some electrical issues that were NOT up to code. They also helped me fix a leak from my spa light over the phone. How awesome is that? The moral of the story is PLEASE use a reputable pool builder like Blue Haven / Trinity Valley Pools. I have had nothing short of an amazing experience working with them and I’m very grateful to have found them. I’ve always been able to get ahold of someone if I needed help, which I’ve come to find is not the norm after dealing with other pool builders. Thank you Paul and George so much!
