My realtor hired John from Superior Pro Inspections - and it was one of the best decisions we made for closing on our new home. John was extremely detailed, caught every single issue which would've cost us a lot of money otherwise that we were able to have the builder fix. We were so happy with this service that we hired him again before our year warranty ended, and recommended him to multiple neighbors. I recently purchased a home and as part of the buying process I needed an inspection. Superior Pro Inspections, PLLC performed my home inspection. Owner John Foster is very knowledgeable in the subject of home construction and has many years of experience in this field. John was very thorough with the inspection, took detailed notes and photos for the report, and made everything very easy for me to access and understand. John even followed up with me a few days later to see if I had any questions about anything in the report. Now that's fantastic customer service!!
