Medea is incredibly skilled, attentive, and knowledgeable about the body. She takes the time to understand any concerns and customizes each session to address specific needs. Her technique is both therapeutic and relaxing, leaving me feeling refreshed and restored every time. The assisted stretching has also been a game-changer for improving my mobility and reducing tension.
I had my first massage with Medea yesterday and it certainly won't be my last! I enjoyed every minute, from the initial conversation before i got on the table through the massage itself. I loved the environment and Medea's easy going manner, both of which made me feel comfortable immediately. I especially appreciated the variety of pressures and also the fact that there was quiet or conversation based on my cues. I highly recommend Medea!
This was my 2nd visit here. I had left the first visit not as happy as I wanted to be but gave it another try and am thrilled that I did. When I first came in, she asked me to sit down so we could "catch up". She asked me about the areas I had mentioned as problems in my first appt., and if I had any new concerns, etc. etc. She was very flexible when I asked her to start the massage with me on my back. Every place I've ever gone to has started me out on my stomach and then had me switch to my back, which means I leave with a back ache because of the arthritis in my lower back.
