There was a couple customers in the office and they got to me quick and was knowledgeable about what I was talking about and I was seeing on my way cost me $7.45 thanks for being there
My husband’s company, DC Landscape & Construction, has done business with Metal Mart in several cities, however he always praises about how top notch the customer service is at the Buda location. He has built a great relationship with everyone there, but I personally want to give a huge shout out to Yvette and Georgia specifically in the office! I’ve had to call in material orders several times, and those ladies always help me out with the process. All of the employees always go above and beyond to help things run smoothly for us from ordering items to loading our trailer to remembering additional materials needed that we might forget to add to our list, etc. We can’t...read full review
So I have been doing business with metal mart stores all over Texas for the past ten years or more. However for the 6-7 years I have mainly been in the austin and surrounding areas. All of which stores serve the customers great. However Buda has always been my number one pick even if our of the way from my projects. Yvette is so awesome along with Georgia, and all the other staff! Always more than helpful in so many ways I can’t say enough about the service they provide. Not to mention the knowledge and understanding of any projects relating to what they sell. I could go on and on, but no one wants to keep reading the novel I could write!
