I get my jeans starched here, they’ve progressively gotten more expensive while at the same time cutting corners. It’s now getting to the point where I pick them up still damp and they lose form within a day. I ask for heavy starch, that should last 3 days outside of getting dirt and sweat on them. Laziness seems to be a spreading cancer at Jack Brown. Will not be back.

Prices are absolutely outrageous. Was told I couldn’t get a price on the night of drop off, and then surprised with a suuuper overpriced ticket on pickup day. Doubt I’ll be back.

PSA: Don’t bring ties in, guys!! They’ll swindle ya!!

((Additionally, they send texts that you can’t respond to, stating how “they’d love to hear how they did” 😂 love when places do this crap..))

Warning to Everyone do not visit for any of your dry cleaning needs the store #320 has very rude staff which I found out today is a direct reflection of a “so” call manager named Christella who when I tried to discuss my issue explained I am not on the clock and don’t want to hear about your issue and yes go ahead and call district I’m not concerned. If google would allow you to post with zero stars that’s exactly what I would leave this location….
