Kyle came out and did my initial quote for a 50 amp generator inlet install. He offered to install a whole home surge protector while they were doing the inlet install with no additional labor cost. Kyle was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. He got back to me two days later with a very fair quote. After accepting the quote I was quickly put on the schedule. Charles was the electrician who did the actual install. He came to my home, introduced himself, explained what he was going to be doing all while being very polite and professional. My wife & son literally just had a flat tire & before they could even call me, 2 gentlemen from Edge Electric turned around & put the spare tire on. They were on their way to meeting, yet they still stopped.
I am blown away. You just don't see this kind of compassion & consideration much these days. Thank you so much for being a blessing in a time of need. It means more than you know. For this alone, I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. 5 stars all the way!
