I need you to get better covering for the rebar on the back of your semi work trucks when transporting those materials. I had the most scariest experience this morning on I35 south Austin where one of your trucks had a small piece of rebar fly off and it cracked my windshield. Thankfully on the passenger side and not my side. Definitely not a safe means of transporting rebar an could cause an accident.
Been sitting at the gate for an hour and 45 minutes waiting to get unloaded this place is a joke !!! Two and a half hours to get unloaded
I received a quote of $21.63 per 40' stick of #6 rebar from Grace by phone yesterday. I asked her if she would please send me the quote by email. I received the quote today and and it was for $24.64 per stick. I called her and questioned the change. She said sorry but the price she quoted was wrong. Being that the order was for 600 pieces the amount was for an additional $1,800.
Based on her word I made a bid and now I'm out $1,800.
That was my mistake for trusting her but it will not happen again
