Dr. Chavez and the staff at Budaful Eyes are the best. I drive from SE Austin because he's that good. I've been going to him since he was on Airport Blvd. He explains everything clearly without confusing jargon, just real answers. He's also been great at finding contact lenses that work for both my prescription and my budget. Highly recommend for anyone in the Buda area looking for an eye doctor who takes the time to care for patients.

As usual, I didn’t have long to wait. Dr. Chavez was his usual cheery, professional, and informative self. The opti-map option is sooo much better than dilation, well worth the $39. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They even laughed at all my bad jokes.

Dr Chavez takes his time and explains everything to me in a way I understand. I always leave with knowledge of what is going on with my eyes. I've been to other optometrist out of convenience and they do their exam, do you have any questions, and here's your prescription. Never again will I go anywhere else for my exams. Oh, and they have a great selection of glasses.
