Responded super quick and knowledgable, even though I ended up self resolving the issue before Cody had a chance to actually look, I'll definitely be back if it ends up outside of what I know again!

Cody is awesome! He was able to get back with me within an hour of me dropping off my laptop! I was not expecting fast service. Although my laptop is no longer functional, Cody gave me further recommendation which I really appreciate. He was also able to transfer photos from a previous SD card to a USB for me. Overall, great service!

Cody is absolutely awesome. I can not say enough positive things about his expertise, work ethic and communication skills. My old ACER I thought was dead is functioning way beyond my expectations. Cody goes those extra steps to be sure his clients are satisfied his attention to details and customer needs are outstanding.
