I can't say enough good things about this dog boarding facility! I have three very energetic German Shorthaired Pointers and a little Chihuahua mix, and they absolutely love staying here.
The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, but I have to give special kudos to the kennel manager, Rachael. She is a true professional and has such a special way with all the dogs. I always bring my dog here when I’m visiting the Austin area and they take such great care of her! I always worry when I have to board her because she’s a bit of an escape artist and gets extremely anxious when she is away from home. But everyone at Big Oaks is so friendly and helps her feel so comfortable! Thank you for taking such great care of my girl! I always know she’s in great hands with y’all!
