Our pest control technician Johnny was absolutely fantastic today. He was not only thorough and professional in the way he handled everything, but also incredibly friendly and approachable. He took the time to answer questions, explain what he was doing, and made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of care and positive attitude to their work he really went above and beyond, and it made a big difference.

I called Absolute pest management because we had been having an attic rat problem. We had used a different company last year and gotten completely ripped off. We live in a townhouse and the whole building needed to be treated but our neighbors refused. Jacob gave us a quote for just our house. It was steep but it includes 5 visits and sealing all the entry points. Jerel has now been out for 4 of the 5 visits and he has been fantastic! The first visit netted 2 dead rats and the next 1 more.
