Everyone, Dr Kolkhorst, Jordan, girls at reception are so nice, helpful and caring. They’re taking great care of my girl Shadow. The new facility is awesome, very comfortable environment here, makes me want to just hang out here.
I had a wonderful experience at this West Brazos! I recently adopted my cat and am pretty new to navigating healthcare myself for animals. So of course, I was a little bit, unsure and confused and what to do… but a staff member quickly answered the phone and I was able to easily make an appointment within five minutes.
They were completely upfront about the price, which is honestly some of the cheapest prices compared to other places in Aggieland. When I arrived to my appointment, the staff were super welcoming and kind! West Brazos was a HUGE lifesaver for our family — and our sweet pup— over the weekend. They were able to squeeze us in, as new clients visiting from out of town, with minimal wait even though I know their office was very busy. They saw us and began treatment on a bad wound on our pup very quickly. They were kind and efficient. Maci was friendly and patient and Dr Baggs was very matter of fact, yet kind with his assessment. They made us feel like we were valued customers even though we were just visiting and as though they cared very much about the well being of my furry girl. I would use them again in a minute without hesitation.
