Shelby arrived in very quickly located the problem. The part needed to be ordered so he has taken care of that and we are just awaiting on the arrival of the park to finish the repair.

Outstanding service! This Saturday morning my heater started blowing non-stop, but the house was not heating. I had just had my system serviced for a Spring check on Thursday by the Heating/A/C company I have been using for a few years. I called them to have an emergency service as we are forecasted to have several cold days. The next time they could schedule service was the following Tuesday. After some research I called R.M. Mullinix, and they answered right away. The dispatch group called shortly thereafter, and a service tech arrived within an hour. He was polite, and amazingly efficient. Needs a new central AC. They were not the cheapest, but Mullinix was the most thorough and provided the quickest service. Mullinix identified a big problem with our ductwork that other AC companies missed who also bid on our job.
