From the moment I called, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly courteous. They scheduled a visit promptly, showed up right on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. I had my toilet replaced, and the technician was knowledgeable and efficient, completing the job quickly while keeping everything clean and tidy. HQP is my go to plumbing company!!! Recently, HQP went above and beyond when I had an emergency at one of my rentals. Their speedy service and excellent communication made a stressful situation so much easier. Thankful to have an excellent plumbing company in Bryan-College Station that goes above and beyond for their customers.
Had some issues with a previous employee that did some work. However after it was addressed and figured out they sent someone out to inspect all the work. Aside from "shoddy" work as the technician stated. It's all functional and fine. Just a few short months go by and I open up my cabinets to get some things out of them. And sure enough my brand new kitchen cabinets, My brand new flooring, My brand new subfloor are all soaked and damaged!!!... Again this is after a licensed plumber came out to inspect everything their other supposedly licensed plumber did the work. Finally after 24 hours trying to get a hold of the owner of the company. I got shot down and I got him being a multi-millionaire rubbed in my face that he doesn't have time to contact me. In addition because I'm leaving my opinion online strictly based on my experience with them that he's not willing to stand by the work his employee did as well as the opinion of his other employee who inspected that employees work. When I hired this guy I was under the impression that I had a 1-year warranty and all this was done by licensed professional as to why I didn't even attempt it myself. Because I wanted things to be done correctly and hold up long-term to ensure I didn't have any major issues in the near future or at least in that warranty period. I even agreed to take down my reviews if they stood by the work that was done to get out here and take care of it. Because in the interim it is now not just about the leak it is the damage that that leak caused. To be called a bad customer and to have a multi-millionaire rub their money in my face was very unsettling.
