Recently used Gilmore Electric for the first time. The tech, Chayce and his assistant Parker, arrived on time and explained their process of conducting diagnostics before providing a quote for the work to done. I expanded the scope of work after their arrival and they were able to accommodate the change. They had all parts needed on their truck and completed everything in the time they said it would take. The final cost was actually less than originally quoted since one issue was able to be resolved without the need to replace a switch after they determined the existing switch was not causing the problem. While I only paid the service fee to quote a job, both Justin and Vince were great! Professional, thorough, and answered all my questions. I hope to bring them back soon to complete the work.

I contacted Gilmore Electric Express to provide an estimate for installation of a ceiling fan where none had existed before. Their technician Zach arrived on schedule, and along with his assistant immediately began an overall assessment of the wiring for my house, to ensure the infrastructure could support this additional load (it’s an old house …). He then provided an estimate for the work, with a careful explanation of what that work would entail. I was so impressed with the professionalism of this team, and the price of the service (which fell within our budget, and in line with prior estimates) that I immediately signed up to have the work done.
